What is kendama and what does it have to do with CBD?
Kendama = ken (sword) + tama (ball) + sarado (cup). A long time ago in Japan, samurai used kendama to improve hand-eye coordination.🇯🇵🏯
"Today, people around the world are relaxing, strengthening their willpower, and improving coordination with kendama, which is slowly becoming a sport in its own right, which speaks volumes about the value that kendama provides. 🏅"
"How kendama came from faraway Japan to the skate park in Osijek was told to us by the guy in the picture. 😎"
"When I sprained my wrist for the fifth time, I still couldn't ride my BMX. Lega brought a kendama to the park, I took it in my hands, and that's how I started my kendama journey. I practice at least 2 hours every day, and because of that persistence, I got a sponsorship from @kromkendamacroatia and today, by that example, we together motivate the younger generation to take kendama into their hands." 💪
He says that his main goal has been achieved, which is to get as many people as possible to get to know kendama and return to games that are not on the computer. 🍃
"For the trick to succeed, a lot of will, practice, dedication, and repetition are needed, and it is important to involve the whole body in addition to the mind. I love kendama because it feels relaxing when you are alone with the kendama and your thoughts." 🧘♂️🧘♀️
"It concludes by saying that the feeling when you succeed at a trick is irreplaceable and gives you greater determination because you know that if you want something, it will come only if you put in the effort and give it your all." 🍀🌞💚
P.S. throwing kendama is great, but celebrating a successful trick with Jura is something that can't be described🧛🏻🍀
